This print is based upon the centrepiece work from my 2016 PhD wall installation of 29 paintings which visualised a number of our native extinct (& endangered) bird species held in the archives of global natural history museums. ‘Extinction flock (29 extinct Australian bird specimens’ is now held in the collection of the University of Queensland Art Museum.
This initiative is supported by The Dean Collection #TDC20 St(Art)Up grant, and being produced through my Brisbane print partner Printroom Editions.
